Anyway, I think there is a problem. We are customers, so we pay also to the future development of the products and when we came with ideas (that aren't needs for minority, that will be useful for many), you seems to avoid the one that will be to complicated or just those you'll don't use/like.
To be very clear: You pay for a set of features that exist at the moment you push the purchase button and we deliver that.
While we may solicit feedback, that doesn't mean we have to do it. It may be too hard, or it may be that we think it won't make us money later, or we may think it's a bad idea. In any case, you don't own us because you gave us money once in exchange for software with a set of features.
So . . thanks for the feedback. Keep it up. Wee appreciate knowing the thoughts of our users.
But drop the entitlement . . because that's something you are assuming, not something we are promising.
