What add new options / features into application Start8:

1) speed animation start button
When I compared Start8 and Windows7 start button animation speed I noticed difference.
I noticed that the time for the animation is a little slow in Windows7 in compare with Start8, so I thought to add this property
(such as the choice in milliseconds)

2) speed of opening and closing, when you place mouse icon pointer on item "All programs"
or when you place mouse pointer over icon of a program that can use as "last used" as Firefox,7Zip and other
(for example also such as the choice in milliseconds)
