bug in Start8 (version 0.98 BETA3)

Please I using last oficial beta version Start8 (0.98 beta3). In windows 8 is new option for label (in desktop). This feature for in windows 8 without start8 good. But after I installed application Start8 this label option in desktop in windows 8 isn't :/ Why? this is bug application Start8 or Windows 8?

This happened to me for about + -3 days use (start8+win8 pro x64 cz) (I has installed new win8 +- one month and before that I not noticed this Therefore I ask). therefore do not know if it is 100% error app Start8 or Windows 8. I'm asking if you have experienced anything like this as I?

yes when i set in Folder options-Display-Ticking items but always after restart or turn off setting change back on uncheck this option
