If I install DesktopX (public) on my Windwos 7 64 ulitmate, it just crashes with comments about being out of memory and an error in spBtn.dll. I disable Eset AV and it still doesn't work. Since I use Paragon to image my system, I can restore it to before the install and install it again with the same result.
As my system is fairly common place in terms of hardware and software and I have plenty of memory, diskspace and CPU power, it seems the culprit here is DestopX.
Also note that the software really does a number on my desktop when it fails and if it wasn't for Paragon, I would have been forced to reload.
