I've been playing around a bit in the game to see how you can change things around in the first 40 turns of the game depending on choices you make and i discovered something that really confused me. When it comes to discovering fertile land you can find it by searching around for it, however, and this is the part which i found really frustrating, you can make it by pushing out your zone of control. There isn't really anything that shows you what the land will be like when you push it out there. So what this means is that you make two pioneers, find a location next to a resource like a "grain" or "clay materials" and you use the first pioneer to make an outpost. The second pioneer will be used to make your settlement on the location of your choice. So you can still city spam, it just takes longer. Was this intentional or is it accidental?
If its accidental than zone of control should not be "waking up the land"
If its on purpose, than can we please have some indicators which will show you what the land will be like when its "wake up" with the zone of control.
