I know at the start of the beta Windows 8 support was spotty at best. Is it supported well as of now with no additional problems than if you were playing the game on Win7?
May want to wait till 8 finishes its beta.
Windows 8 is currently supported, though depending on what MS does between the current consumer preview and final, we may need to patch things later.
