[BUG] Tech rebels unable to achieve occupation victory

Is this with the most recent version of Rebellion or are you referencing an older version?

Its been fixed for a while. Just ran a game with TR the TAR researched and did it.

I also just tested it out in game... and can confirm it has indeed been fixed. Though I just so happened to be playing as TEC Rebels and needed something for my Ragnarov to chew on...

NOOOOOO GOA...now you are a boring troll too who uses facts and logic and sense...what has the sins forums come to?????  We should have this thread locked before the troll reviewers see it!!!

On a more serious note, I thought this got fixed a while ago...we even talked about it because I wanted to know how many "militia/pirate" players you could have and how TAR determined who was friend and who was to be ignored...
