If you talk about Vorastra Dark Fleet ability, i mean the Titans internal fleet beacon, which got replaced by Spawn Phase Stabiliser, they wont do this, cause you could not choose that way, what type of units you wish to summon - as there was simply not enough buttons on Titans UI. That is jow i see it. Now you just spawn the structure and there is lot of empty buttons for thar Dark Combat Fleet, Dark Capital Ship, etc... additionally, you can use that structure to withdraw your Titan to some distant gravity well.

However, i would like the internal fleet beacon to be brought back as researchable and give you periodically some reinforcements to cover the Titan for free alongside the "Spawn Phase Stabiliser", which costs you money. This would be IMHO good alternative to buffing titans weapons, as i do not think it should be considered to be a warship as other Titans.
