Long time for show the desktop icons after reboot

I've a license Fences Pro installed on a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Every time I restart the computer, take long to display desktop icons, 2 minuts aprox... This problem is only with the Pro version, because with a free version it's run all ok!!, in 4 seconds show the desktop icons.

The Fences Pro version is a 1.1.0 (the last) and the Free verrsion is a 1.0.0.

My PC config is:

Core2Duo E8400

AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

8 Gb RAM DDR3 1333

Windows 7 Pro 64 bits

Anyone know why this problem happens?
