First the bugs:
1) Occasionally a grav well with a phase stabilizer stops being a phase node for some time, then turns back on. Is there a reason behind this I'm not seeing?
2) Is there a resource requirement for Dark Combat Fleet and Dark Support Fleet? Quite often I will see "Not enough resources" and the ability will be unusable even though I have the fleet capacity. And when I can use it no resources are spent.
Thoughts (Many of these have been covered already but I wanted to add my voice to the mix):
Titan:
1) Turn rate too slow, gets hung up a lot. Both of these make the "Maw" ability very much a roll of the dice in effectiveness. If it could draw all frigates and cruisers within the ability radius to the front and eat them this would be a much more effective special, on par with other titans' specials.
2) Cooldown on Phase Gate spawn WAY too long. I know many people have mentioned this already. If the vision for the VL is to be able to go completely mobile, eating planets as you go, this cooldown MUST be shortened as it becomes truly the only way for the fleet to replenish itself.
Dark Capital Ship: since we can't pick the ship that comes through, and in keeping with the lore, make these capital ships join the fleet already leveled to a random level between 4 and 7.
