Second, suppression does not require the ship to face its target (distortion field and designate target do), so a range increase is going to benefit this ability a lot more than a comparable range increase to other abilities...

Domina doesn't need any more love IMO.  

I could see it being done if the facing requirement were restored to suppression.  But the current ability doesn't need to be any more flexible.

ugh, it does still need love, it shouldn't be slightly tempting, it should be a viable combat ship.  I STILL don't build these ships because they don't really justify the cost. remember, subverters lock down whole sections of your fleet!  so they just lock down dominas first and THEN lock down the rest of the fleet....

far cheaper and far easier skill wise for the vasari tactic to outperform the advent tactic.

when repulse "A" hits repulse "B" the law of physics don't come into play-the two forces don't cancel each other out or create a neutral area of space..

Essentially you are repulsing each other up until something comes along and breaks that cycle--

The victor in this mirror match is dependent on micro using push and repulse.. so the situation is a click fest where it resembles the chainsaw melee attack in gears of war (he who clicks the fastest chainsaws his opponent)

So if 5 or so Dominas join the fleet with suppression at 8000km then the best fleet composition wins the day if you can disable enough guardians and take them out while repulsing your opponent.
