The Embolden ability on the Cielo command cruiser can currently only target capital ships and frigates, and is unable to target titans. I'm unsure as to whether this is intentional or an oversight, just thought I'd point it out.
Its intentional. Giving a titan faster attack speed that easily is not a good thing IMO.
Is there really even a reason to build Cielos?
Designate target is a great ability. One or two of them are good for bringing down important targets quickly. If they fixed the autocast on it, it maybe worth bring even more.
I dont build them en mass like i do with hoshikos, but i always build a few. Both abilities are pretty damn useful in a fight. Autocast certainly does need to be fixed though. Microing them in combat sucks
