I am playing the new beta release, and I have a bug that crashes the game. Every time I try to initiate diplomacy (either through clicking on a city and selecting talk or by just clicking on the race.... it crashes.
The only unusual thing about my game is that I created several new leaders to lead all the races (so I play with all the game leaders (even for the race I am) and several others.
Hi there, I HAVE HAD the same problem, and the ONLY thing that helped was to completely uninstall the game files then Reinstall the game (You don't need to delete your custom leaders).

The reason It will work is the updating tool "forgets" to replace some files somewhere in the game directory, so some files are corrupt somewhere, causing a crash.
