Have you tried editing the 'enabled mods' text file to manually enable it? Does that work?
This is the only way I've been able to get any mod to work....
there was a thread about this earlier.
I think the devs are aware of the issue.
Yeah...I started that thread...no dev response....
In fact, the problem has only gotten worse, as at least in previous versions you could enable in game (it just would crash on the first game, and you'd have to restart sins)...
