I never had much of a problem with the spinning dust clouds used around stars when you zoom way out. Recently however I have been playing multi star systems and it literally is a choir for me to find the locations of things around the stars because of the way they block my view. It sometimes even becomes difficult to see exactly how many stars there are in a group of about 12 stars.

I'm not asking for you to remove them but merely adding an option to disable them like you have the option to disable deep space skyboxes.
