When my allies titan was destroyed the game announced that an allied capital ship and been destroyed and I had a string not found message on the lower left of the screen and in the threat reports as well.
Noticed this as well.
Also, clicking the notification when a new titan has been built and pressing spacebar doesn't focus on the planet where the titan has been constructed. While the focus does work when titans are destroyed.
