When comparing the rebel titan's abilities to the loyalist, I can't help but feel they're a bit lackluster. As such, I thought I'd create a post where people can suggest possible buffs or ways to make them more interesting.
As to my suggestions:
Snipe seems decent enough, though somewhat plain. Maybe an antimatter reducing effect to help it counter other titans wouldn't go astray (especially considering that the Loyalist titan seems somewhat more powerful at the moment)
I feel Explosive Shot doesn't have enough oomph as far as the ship scattering effect is concerned (capital ships barely move) and currently feels like just a weaker snipe. I think it'd be more effective and "fun" to buff the repulsion effect on the other ships, to something similar to the guardian's repulse. When firing it with overcharge, it could have even more of a repulsion effect (50-100% larger radius than repulse).
Scattershot seems decent enough at the moment. I feel it would be interesting to add a movement debuff as well, so you could for example hit a fleet with scattershot to slow their movement before explosive shotting them around the gravity well, where the movement slow would keep the enemy fleet from reforming as quickly.
Concerning overcharge, I feel it should be both cheaper and buff the other abilities more, as using 100 antimatter to make snipe 20% better (when 95 antimatter would double the damage output) is counterproductive to say the least. Somewhere around the ballpark of 60 antimatter, 50% effects buff is what I feel would be a good start. Cooldown seems fine.
