while playing as both the loyalists and the rebels i've noticed that after you purchase your titan the capital ship crew slot is off by one. By the looks of it, the titan is supposed to take two capital ship crews but after building the titan, when you start researching the next capital ship slot you can begin building another capital ship. you can then cancel the research and continue building the capital ship and upon completion your available capital ship crews go into a -1. i've found this works at any capital research level and you can get more "free without  completing research" capital ships the higher the research slot like the 13- 16 capital crew research slot.

The other thing i've noticed is the clipping that the rebels titan does when it turns. I guess its not really clipping but when the titan turns its long nose can side swip through structures (obviously not hurting them: although that would be cool if you could ram smaller ships with the titans destorying them.     This also happens with the loyalist. the only difference is the outer walls of the titan rub agaist other ships if you have them close to start with and then order them to move. for instance after doing a sync'd phase jump with a fleet my kol battleships side cannons were actually inside the wall of the loyalist titanwhen they reached thier destination.
