Rebellion preorder

How does it work if I preorder this from the stardock store... since my previous expan/vanilla exist on impulse/gamestop. Its 28 AUD from the stardock store and about 18 AUD from gamestop :/

Will I get in the beta by purchasing from Gamestop instead?
