Well I have been playing for a couple of days and last night I updated to version 0.77. The game played fine today earlier but tonight it is not loading - getting failed user and password - did the command line "fix" and still didn't work - I will try again tomorrow (must be the drm/always on connection that has failed).

Anyway these are my observations so far  - and I may playing the game incorrectly so please advise if i am

1. When you enter a fight (cave or what ever it is) - and you select the shield (defensive stance) on any of your players - the game stops responding for about 15-20 secs. For now I click pass instead of defense

2 At the top menu bar my unrest shows 40% - that number doesn't change no matter what I build in my cities to counter unrest - is that a starting benchmark?

3. I hired a hero and selected the mage route for him, but every battle I went into he had no spells to cast (I reached level 13 with him)- just the "pass turn" option - how do I activate spells for my fellow heroes?

4. I reached a piece of land with green borders and was told defeat all enemies and take over the land - I defeated all but it would not let me settle the land, giving the message that you cannot settle on someone else land. - How do I take over the land?

That all I have for now - any suggestions would be appreciated.
