well the purpose of my post is to help developers design around any potential problems involving rebellion 1.0 content.  Just thinking out loud here, perhaps this will be useful for them or it won't, i doubt they'll respond on it though.

Well, they might very well read it and take it into consideration even if they don't respond directly. As for balancing, I think that depends on what they really want out of the Titan and how players react. We all know whatever it is when it comes out won't be what it is after the next 8 patches.

when it comes out won't be what it is after the next 8 patches

The only one that worries me is the vasari one. 

As an endgame ship it will be very powerful in the hands of even a mediocre vasari player using phase nodes.

As a Vasari player, I'm hoping one of the abilities on the Vasari Imperial Titan (loyal) is the ability to turn planets from terran or ice to Volcano planets (while bombarding) Cause we like it best when the action is hot and heavy. We're here to heat you up!

Unless they modify it (and I don't see it happening), there is no ability for a planet to change types once in gameplay. So, I doubt this will happen. Besides, unless the others get some equal benefit, this doesn't really do anything to balance out gameplay.

Would be cool for Advent Superweapon to suck all enemies in and hurl them out with loads of damage and wicked effect.  Vasari, has to be a monster nanoswarm from hell or area affect phase out hull that, shreds antimatter to zero and badly damages the ships.

Will be cool to see what the pro's do.
