I have Tiles set up to have the little tab sticking out on the left side of the screen, but unfortunately however the "always on top" was implemented it truly is "always on top." (even on top of fullscreen media, such as Flash or videos I'm playing from my computer, or the "waiting for programs to finish closing" dialog when I shut down/reboot my computer.)  I don't know how "always on top" works, but if it's by precedence, any chance the setting could be toned down a couple to be more on par with things like Windows Task Manager or Winamp?

I should note that this is only when I have Tiles set to auto-hide.  If I have it set up to always be showing, then this issue is not present.
