If you don't have icon packager, you can switch to large icons in Display Properties.
Right click on the desktop, and Properties. When the Display Properties dialog opens, click on the Appearance Tab. On the right hand side of this tab about halfway down, click on the Effects button. In the new dialog button that opens up, about halfway down the list, click on the 'Use large icons' checkbox. Hit the 'OK' button to close the window. On the main Display Properties dialogue, click the 'Apply' button, then click 'OK' to close the window.
