If you have unchecked the option to skin Toolbar buttons in Basic Settings, that's not the same Toolbar. Try this..... go to My Toolbars in Settings, and check "Always use the toolbar icon set listed below" > select "Default Icons" and Apply changes. I don't know if this will work for you, but it's worth a shot.
