Object Dock vs. ATI TV Viewer

This apears on ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 Pro 3.9 Drivers (with bug fix), Windows XP Home SP1 (latest updates), and Latest ver of Object Dock 1.0.

When I have Object Dock open my TV program blanks out the video. I loaded the TV program with and without objectdock and it works without Object Dock.

I found out more, it appears to only have this problem when Object Bar is on the top of the screen and not the bottom.
