System Tray gadget or docklet?

I have recently reinstalled windows on my machine, so I had to start customizing it again I have the following -

But as you can see, as the taskbar is hidden, I no longer have a system tray.

Does anyone know of any way I can add one using either ObjectDock, RocketDock or windows sidebar, or any free something that would allow me to have a system tray again?
