Another rant.... how quickly we forget (or chose to ignore) quickly statements like those from Jeezy and Jay-Z, at an inauguration ball none the less:

You realize you both are doing the same exact thing you are accusing him. You're pointing fingers, and, quite clearly, saying "So what? You guys do it."

Why not have the balls to just come out and say you disagree, if indeed you do, without an excuses.

I do find it ironic though. Politics has devolved into a game of finger pointing and deflection of any sort of responsibility or blame. It's always, always, "Don't look at my sides flaws, look at his!"

No just that the hypocrisy exists. If one is to speak out against, well anything, one must ask themselves what is their motivation for doing such. If the answer is to disparage someone you disagree with on other issues, then why not address those issues. If it is to address a specific wrong, then it is probably not a good idea to drag in other, none related events, in an attempt to create some sort of relationship. Re-read the OP and tell me which you believe it is.

What exactly is the accusation I'm making? That it is a rant? That the rappers didn't make those comments? That Dan_l cares for his fellow man? What? What impact does "pointing a finger", as you say, when one is too blind to see outside their own worldview anyway? Doing the same exact thing would be writing an article attacking a performer's actions on the left (You'll notice I didn't interject an opinion, it is a fact, of Jeezy and Jay-Z's actions, people can make up their own minds if it was appropriate or not), then try to tie it to say, Al Sharpton. Facts are not accusations, but your concern is noted.

It's called "opinion". Just like the one you state below. Why should anyone care what you think, if you are unwilling to state why? If I say "you're full of it", what do you think I mean? Content with assumption. I shouldn't be surprised. People went to the polls on the promise of "hope and change", that was all they needed, no need to read the fine print or challenge the hype. Good job.

Do I know you? What is "my side" exactly? But of course how would you know, since I haven't seen you before tonight. Nothing political was mentioned in my first comment. George Bush was the devil.... there does that make you happy? You seem to make a lot of assumptions on was said or not said about left and right. However did we get by without moderation such as yours? I would suggest you read....way back, before enlightening the masses with the yin and yang approach.

OT: Maybe you are new to political opinion (a.k.a. an ideological side), but here is kind of how it works. The party in power (that would be the Democrats, both houses since 2007 and White House 2009) is typically under the most scrutiny, since they control the purse strings and make the rules. Now some will complain about the past, because it makes them feel good, but I am unaware of a time machine, so to me that avenue is pointless. Learn from the mistakes and move forward. The present situation does not indicate a lesson learned... now do you still wish to discuss hypocrisy?

Yea, He has not denied evolution as some (formerly alive) people are want to do.  I guess that is the way that liberals hunt.  And why most of them starve in the wilderness or become bear statistics.
