That's right. You heard me. The world is not out to get you. If that were the case, the world would have to revolve around you and, well... we all know it doesn't. So why do you choose to take your frustrations out on me, dear sir. It's not my fault your flight was canceled. It's not my fault the movie you want to see is sold out. And that thing about your wife, that's not me either. However, please don't think that I am not sympathetic, because I have been on that side of the counter before. But guess what I didn't do. That's right. I didn't take it out on the other guy. While you might think that since you are talking to me, the only representative of the company that you have any contact with, that does not make me a figure head, CEO, PR rep, Shareholder or even someone who has any say in the organization of the business. But it's cool, guy, because maybe if you scream at me for another 30 seconds i will truly understand your plight, and march strait to the Boss' office, knock down the door, and tell him exactly what you think. Becasue it matters. It really does.The customer is always right. So you know what I will do? I am going to agree with you. Tell you that you are most certainly correct and that it will never happen again. And on top of those lies, I will wish you are wonderful rest of the day.
