If that doesn't help, please do the following within Impulse:

-Click the blue menu button in the upper left
-Choose 'Preferences...'
-Click the 'Reset Data' button
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.

I'm not actually seeing Deskscapes 3 on your account.  If you purchased it with a different email address, you may need to contact sales@stardock.com

If you purchase an Object Desktop program as a standalone, you get all of the minor updates (2.2, 2.3, etc), but you will need to purchase any major upgrades (2.0, 3.0).  You do, however, get a special upgrade price of $8.95, because you have v2:

If you want all of the major updates to our software without having to repurchase every time, I would suggest an Object Desktop subscription:
