yay... now make it better by telling ironcland to (slightly) reduce the power of scramble bombers, fix starbase trade income at stars, and to tell people ingame how to fix mesh file issues, and telling them that diplomacy includes entrencment.
there is also one last desync bug that needs squashing.
did i miss anything?
