I apologize if this is not the right venue for this posting.  I had a look around but didn't see a proper area or mailing address for this.

I resent ads being placed in the notification area of the Impulse Now Toolbar icon.  I suppose I was asking for it by enabling "Show Promotions" but I guess what I had in mind was it would be for special offers and maybe targeted at my interests.  Not a billboard for whoever is throwing around thier advertising dollars.

Furthermore, I resent being "sold" something with annoying displays and popups and then going to the order sheet and finding out it's "not available in your region".  That seems like it'd be easy to check for first, seeing as you're using my account to advertise to me in the first place.  It's careless, and I am really quite unhappy about it.
