Netscape 7.0 PR1

Netscape 7.0 PR1 updates Netscape from the Mozilla .9.4.x series to the 1.0 branch (I can't find anywhere that says exactly what date this branched from. It seems to be RC1 or newer, but older than RC2). New features include faster startup/browsing, optional tabbed interface, download manager, full-screen mode, and integrated ICQ support. The final version (presumably based on Moz 1.0 final) is expected this summer.
