Well you (Stardock) might have finally sold me on this program.  I was complaining (rather loudly) about DeskScape's refusal to run when more than one GPU was detected back in the Vista days.  My friend told me DeskScapes 3 was out, so I downloaded the trial.  BAM.  Windows 7 support?  Check.  Support multiple GPUs?  Check (with CPU overhead, but I have a quad so I don't care).

I appreciate that Stardock has taken the time to deal with mutiple-GPU, multiple-monitor issues--I'm guessing that such complaints are only a minority of users.
