In WB6 I had recolored the blind (Vector Cell).  I had recolored the explorer background to a light green.  Installed WB7 over WB6 through Impluse.  All went well and was able to change explorer backgrounds beautifully.  Wasn't able to texture skins but could live with it since my explorer backgrounds were working well.  Always wanted to be able to have the backgrounds apply.  Was even able to save a background texture. Yeah!!! 

Installed WB7 update V7.00.009.  Textures worked great but now all and any skin has the light green background.  Am able to apply the textures for explorer but all have the green color which does not go well with all blinds.  Selecting default does nothing as I think the green is the default.  "Watch what you wish for...."  Am hoping for some solution.....

Through Impulse, I uninstalled WB7 and re-installed.  Nothing changed.
