Contrary to the Beta 1A notes saying the problem was fixed, I still can't get back to the game from alt-tab.  Unlike before, when I had the common blank-cloth-map problem, however, I don't get anything now—just a blank black screen.

Also, on the cloth map UI where Income is displayed (which is awesome, makes economy management much easier) , new values don't update until I click on the map.  If I advance five turns, the tax value will stay the same until I click.  It's not debilitating, but it does make the game feel somewhat more clunky.
