when is soon?
not to be impatient. but i see alot of talk about it, but talk is really cheap.
if the delays are similar to 1.17/1.03 then within a month, But might be within a week.
we, the players, just do not know.
I assume that ironclad/stardock are working of finalization of the changes and or updating the utilities
