I read an answer somewhere to this question before. But the answer didn't work for me.
The question is why can't I install the WB themes I download? The answer that I read
was if the the themes came as a zip file it needed to be changed to a WB extension.
Mine have all been with a WB extension, but still won't install to the theme manager.
My OS is XP with SP2 installed.
