I have no idea how the game will actually look, but I would like to see the action (main map) of the game to be a bit more visual stimulating. While I like the graphics in GC, I do find the main map graphics (map, ships etc) a bit on the too plain variety. Now, I am not asking for a complete change of the game to make it say with a 3D map or something, but, perhaps having at least larger ship graphics? Even if it is available through "zooming in" to be able to clearly see the ships and details on them. You have a very nice picture of a ship in the screenshots section, which shows a model of a green I think ship. I am not saying having the ship graphics in the game as large as that one, but at least double as to what they are in GC1 would be very nice IMHO. It also helps a lot with the whole creation of make belief and "you are there", at least for me.
Any chance of this happening or is it going to be like GC1, Space Empires etc ?
