Serious, much of what i had already written up was mostly from memory (luckily i still have some of that magic left!) and a few picked up from a tabbed search in WikiPedia pages or Google "hints"... 
Of course, anyone else is most welcomed adding to what we rush typed over the last two pages simply by skipping a click on the Solution link above -- and they can always come back to reply #51 in case they get somehow frustated enough or can't resist!
