You might try searching for additional sources of the same information, but then again, Kerry and his friends have done a pretty good job of keeping information from being widely disseminated when it was detrimental to him. For example, that AAR you mention (which I did see documented in some places, but not very many, and none which would be considered "main stream").


For more fun, try doing a search for "The New Soldier", or better, google for 'john kerry book new soldier' and get back a ton of nice results, including some direct quotes from Kerry's book.

Reading that information, and information like that in the linked article just add fuel to the fire for why Kerry didn't deserve to win this election.

i wonder what nixon's 1968 campaign operatives (kissinger and dragonlady mddm chennault were directly involved as were others) wrote in their diaries after contacting and convincing the north vietnamese to withdraw from the paris negotations until after the election that year.  unlike kerry, they didnt want to bring the war to a quick end.  they did, however, promise to offer better terms than those the north seemed about to accept.  20,000 american lives later, the north DID get better terms from the nixon administration.
