If you want to know how the election was lost, ask Bill and Hillary Clinton why they had their people do an X-files type job on John F. Kerry so that Hillary can come back and save the party in 2008. That theory is equally as likely as your "stolen election" claims.

And that would include anyone other than your chosen candidate, right?  What would your reaction be if it were Kerry who were elected using the "illegal" methods you describe here?  Would you "bow" to him?


What if, when all's said and done, you are proven to be wrong?  What will you do then?  Or is it a question of everyone being a crook except your candidate?

We just want more proof then what a couple of ultra left-winged sites have to say. And reasons why the only states Bush picked up in this election are run by democrats (doesnt make much sense does it.)

Those links are no more evidentiary than are the claims I referenced above at StolenHonor.com or at http://www.swiftvets.com/

How about digging up some of the materials on the slashing of tires on Republic get out the vote vehicles?

How about digging up some of the materials on the voter registration drive worker that was paid in crack?

How about news like Diary Bombshell: Kerry Met With Terrorists where this information comes to light:

Tell me one thing in that 45 minute documentary that was not true.

90% of the film was about what the North Vietnam guards did to those poor guys for one to seven years of their life.

The other 10% is about the feelings they felt when they heard Kerry testify. How can that be bullshit?

Kerry admitted to meeting the North Vietnamese without the Government approval while in uniform before his testimony. He was a leader of the Vietnam veterans against the war and organized the winter soldier hearings that are shown in the film.

All this is common fact, what was bullshit. Maybe you should see it and get informed. I went to see Michael Moore’s movie and got misinformed.

I don't think anybody would deny that there were errors in the election. Which election has ever been 100% flawless? How does providing links that mistakes happen mean that Bush stole the election? Even with all the problems, Bush would have still won.
When you think about it, because there were undoubtedly some glitches during the election of '96, Clinton stole the election from Dole!

There may have been errors in the election. (says that with tounge in cheek!) But why do you insist that the Rebpublicans are behind it and Bush stole the election?

The voting irregularities in FL and OH seen on the initial aggregate numbers (with many subject headers and links on this site) has begun to filter out of the blogsphere and into the media. MSNBC's Countdown had an article on it last night with a followup here:

Will there be a demand for an investigation? Probably not, there is a lot of fatigue over this election. I don't think anyone cheated, but if there are problems with the system used where votes were "miscalculated" I think it's important to investigate the matter to ensure that it does not happen again in the future. It's not a partisan matter so much as a troubleshooting issue. If this were your car and something was wrong with it, you wouldn't just let it go until the engine burst, you would take it into the shop to find the problem and get it fixed.

As I said before, it's not a partisan issue so much as a troubleshooting issue. As an election official in the largest precinct for our county (in a southeastern red state) this past election, I got to see the workings of the electoral process up close. Much of it runs well and is well organized(and I have to say in our precinct everyone behaved in an impartial manner), but there are always ways to make it work better (be it line control, ballot organization, auditing, etc) and if we had "suspicious" results in either direction due to the voting technology there would have been an investigation to make sure there were no errors.

Another analogy, say you take the SATs and there was an error with the op-scan. You get your score back and it says you and everyone in your school scored in the 400-700s. Now you know that not everyone in the school would perform well below average. So you would ask the people in charge of the op-scan to recheck it in order to ensure that everyone's score is correct. If there was an error, it could then be fixed so that you are not sending off an incorrect low SAT score to your college applications. I think a similar strategy should be looked at here. Again, it's not a partisan issue so much as ensuring accuracy through troubleshooting and analysis for at least the future elections. If you ignore the problems you end up living the "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat its mistakes," and that's just not fun
