Question about Fences

Hiya,

I am curious to know why the process Fences.exe loads every 1 hour for about 10 seconds. What exactly is the purpose of this process? I did not come across information to why this happens and i am certain that it isn't related to updates as automatic updates have been been unchecked.

What is the reason that fences.exe loads every hour?
