Not sure if this has been asked before (sorry if it has)

What is it?

 

I found it on gamestop as the only version of GalCiv2 they have and I was wondering if it was DL+both expansions or what?

 

I have DL and wanted the expansions (and know its a bad idea to not have a hard copy of something) so any help here would be greatly appreciated.
