program window not showing all contents

just bought windowblinds 6 and ran it for the first time - this is not encouraging.

contents on the right side run beyond the frame and are therefore gone.

had the demo and ran it and everything worked fine.  uninstalled before purchasing full product.

suggestions?

what's your screen resolution and dpi set to?

and

in WB config - click the sytem info tab, then the copy text button and paste the info here

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

resolution 1680 x 1050  and 120 dpi  (which worked fine in demo)

 edit:  just changed to 96 dpi resolution and restarted computer.  works.  but not what i want.  so why did the 120dpi work with the demo but not the real thing?

I know you said the demo worked fine at 120 dpi but I think you will find that is what the problem is.  You can go in and set it at 96 dpi which which should show as normal size or you can set a custom level.  I run at the same resolution and at 96 dpi with not problems.  You can push it up from that but at some point you will start to experience the same problem you have now.

Of course there is the question that should be asked.  Did you change any setting between running the free version and the full version?  Download new graphics/video drivers? Anything?

interesting thing is,

no changes at all between running demo and running full.

hmmm.

will just have to deal with it until i decide what to do.  changing to lower resolution could fix but messes up other things.  res and dpi were perfect how they were and i've had no problems with anything else.  this kinda sucks.  oh well.

muddpuddle what size monitor do you have and is the resolultion correct of it?  All monitors will be able to be used at several different resolutions but have really only one setting that is optimum for it.  If the resolution is correct then just play with the dpi some.  You may only have to reduce it down a little to fix the problem.

Identifying the other software or programs you are running or why you are running at those setting may help someone to be able to offer you a fix for the problem.
