I need the "String" 1.10!

Hi !

I'm the Spanish unofficial translator of the SOASE. The Spanish community is very satisfied with the game of Stardock and Ironclad. Congratulations! http://web.stardock.net/images/smiles/themes/digicons/Cute%20Smile.png

Nevertheless, I need to ask for you a favor: I have some problems with the download of the new update 1.1, and I ask for you  to give me the new file "String" in order to translate into Spanish.

You should obtain this from Kalypso. They have rights to non-English versions of the game.

Thanks for your rapid response, but I think you haven't understand me.

I translated yet the previous versions. Actually, we have the version 1.05 in Spanish, but I need the new file "String" 1.1 in order to translate into Spanish.

Here I have the link of the file of the version 1.05 with the texts in Spanish, but I need the file of the version 1.1.

Saustatar, did you buy the English version from Impulse before it was available in Europe and then translated?

I'd be happy to send it to you, but I don't want to piss any Stardock guys off so I'll try to clear it with someone official first.

Hey, so I talked to someone with a say in these things and for legal reasons with Kalypso they can't OK distributing just the file - so you'll have to figure out what's wrong with your Impulse and patching so you can get the file the normal way and do what you like with it. Sorry!

That said, what problems are you having with getting the game updated?

I am working and have problems with the servers. I do not understand it. I will try to unload it tomorrow in my house.


Now, only I want the 1.1 file String in order to translate the new texts, and this way, I would have it prepared already tomorrow.

Cannot you itself give me a copy of the file?

I think that this is not illegal. I cannot play the game simply with a mere file of text.
