The Tale of Two Family’s
The harassment by my devoted fan club continues with the electronic attacks to my body, the computer hacking, and of course the very cheesy voice to skull bullshit.
These people must be high to continue doing this crap, especially in this area. I am sure once people find out just how sick and twisted, not to mention how they lie with the greatest of ease, someone will put two and two together and educate them in the difference between right and wrong.
You can not go through life doing this shit to people and not have it catch up at some point, and they have been running this scam since 1980’s and before. I witnessed this happening to a person in 1986, and remember these people from then, they even had an apartment up stairs from me and my family and one of them was dating a girl in the same apartments.
Now as more and more of this unfolds, and I can’t post all of this right now, but it would seem that among the many other crimes they commit, some of my fan club is doing illegal non-consensual human research. And are using the excuse of surveillance to gain access and accomplish this with out being busted. Below is a rough draft and will be more fine-tuned in the future, but it should shed light on how all this works.
Now this makes sense once you put it all together, I mean you have one family that works in law enforcement and one family that works in the research field. The two families are rather large and connected through marriage and other relationships and have been working together for a great many years. In order to expand their families wealth the two families join up and as time goes on, they add the new comers or family members if you prefer, along with some of their relatives. Over the years it grows bigger to what we now have today.
Now you have the one family doing this illegal surveillance work and having access to cool equipment of their trade and privileged information. Since this type of surveillance work was reserved for diplomats and high level security risk to start with, it is in fact unique, and not likes ordinary surveillance.
The uniqueness of this is why it was reserved for high level risk to the United States Government. It is very sick and intrusive on ones privacy and civil rights, and I understand it was abandon for these reasons. But like every thing, someone still found a use for the technology doing research. Data mining if you will.
Now the other family is doing the research part. It is also sick in nature since they do not ask their test subjects if they would like to participate, and in fact, are just mind raping them and using them for a variety of medical effects and data. This would in fact make it non-consensual human research, which was also banned by Federal Register 26369 Vol. 62, No. 92 Presidential Documents Tuesday, May 13, 1997.
I may not have all this right at this point, but this is how it appears at this time. The two families are trying to further their personal gain. They run revenge service together and other scams as well. They use the one member’s credentials to head off any investigations of their crimes and to get information on their targets and information on other useful subjects, thus keeping the out of jail.
Now the one that is legit gives his family members business cards in case someone questions them for stalking / following / harassing someone around town. They simple state that the target has done some form of crime and they work for Chris and flash the card. If that doesn’t do it, they then have the suspicious person call up and it all gets smoothed over and is allowed to continue.
Now since the family doing the research basically turns their targets into walking talking video records so they can record their data, they are in a perfect position to give Chris other information on crimes they have witnessed through their targets eyes, over heard through their targets ears, and so on. This would include anyone that their target encounters through their daily routine. Since their target or test subject is in fact a “walking, talking, video recorder” they can supply audio and video footage of some crimes being committed or talked about. Which would lead to arrest being made.
By using their test subjects like this, they turn names with no risk to them self’s and get paid when arrests are made. This also would make Chris look like he is doing a hell of a job, when in fact he is doing nothing but covering for his sick family members and their friends.
How it Starts: They tell a lie about their target which allows the surveillance to begin, at the same time while under this surveillance, the other is allowed to drug, gas, or other wise render their target unconscious so the chip can be injected, the chip works like a tracker / locator which allows them to target the individual with the electronic weapons, and relay the data feed back for their testing. Once the data is gathered they sell it to corporations or facilities and like that.
Because their target is said to be under investigation and surveillance for a made up offense, any efforts to complain are ignored, and if their target push’s the issue, then Chris now has to run around and try smoothing things over with local / state and federal law enforcement. What a f***ing scam uh? They are experimenting on people and when things get tough, they call the family, and they in turn cry wolf.
They seem to be doing at least two types of research, physiological and medical at the same time. and each of these parts seems to break down in to sub-projects.
The physiological part is done in many ways, but the street theater is one way, along with the constant voice to skull transmutations and a few more. They are in fact looking for responses and reactions to both.
The medical also breaks down in sub-projects, with the sleep deprivation and electronic targeting effects and a few more. They also sell these results to a different set of corporations or facilities and like that.
Remember folks, this is still a rough draft and the more complete version will be coming to a computer near you. In the mean time, look up some stuff for your self's.
“Seeing with sound”, is one way to look through the eyes of another living being. This would explain why I am now a porn star wouldn’t it? And from what I understand so far, it is easy and cheep to accomplish with Internet capabilities at that.
“Soul catcher chip”, this is in the research stages and due out in 2015 or 2020. It is to record every moment of your life on a chip so you, or someone else later can view it. That is, they will be watching your life from the view of your eyes, and hearing your conversations while being able to monitor your vitals at the same time. This would be like an on board camera built into your head, but while watching the footage, others will be able to see if you were happy, scared and so on. Cool, but sick!
Now if you know how things are tested with the FDA and all those agency’s, then you will understand it will be in use somewhere, long before its release date of 2015 or when every the have decided to release it now. From my understanding, it has to go through years of testing before being put into use with the public.
“Veri Chip” This company is the one that has designed the Chip in the news of late and its said they are backing the above soul catcher chip. This chip states it has many uses, one being a GPS locator. It is a transponder, which means it sends and receives data. And unlike some people may think or believe, it can be read from a distance of more then a few hundred yards with the right equipment.
