Odds are good I'll never actually see the baby. It's for a husband and wife trucking team that I know through a trucking community website.

I'm with you on the gifting thing.  People often ask me why I don't sell my stuff.  I tell them that then it would work instead of a hobby. That would take the fun out of it.

A friend asked me to post an image holding one of the booties in my hand to get some idea of their size. Maybe she just wants to make sure they aren't really for me

Thanks. The bottoms and tops are garter stitch, while the sides are stockinette. The garter stitch gives some stiffness and shape to the thing whie the stockinette sides gives more stretch.
