Just wondering if there is a way to rush buy improvements/ships at multiple colonies at the same time. I would love to be able to shift- or control- click to select a group of colonies and click buy once instead of individually bringing up a purchase dialogue for each one.
Am I missing something? Is it possible?
I find it quite easy to do through the "Colonies" screen, but I suppose that gets a bit annoying once you have hundreds of planets....

No, it is not possible.
FRom the colony screen you could not tell the game WHERE to build those structures.
