Without Clouding everyones mind with statistics, at least at this point, I'm wondering what people think about the War on Drugs. Just a gut reaction at this point.
Are we winning or losing?
Is the amount spent worth it?
Should it continue?
Would you consider decriminalization? (No prision term for use)
Would you consider legalization? (No prison term for what is presently considered non violent offenses)
Would you consider legalization and taxation? (Creation and taxation of a drug production industry)
Would you consider Amnisty? (Release of non violent drug offenders)
