Due to the lack of multithreading in SoaSE, PROC-0 tends to get maxed out causing obvious issues (can you say S L O W).
During my internet perusing I came across a nifty little program. It allows you to auto-set the processor affinity on most programs/processes when the computer boots up.
I set everything I could to PROC-1 (Important: set them all as favorites, then set it to auto-set and start during boot up.)
Sins only uses both cores for loading textures, so set it for 0+1.
Now instead of PROC-0 being pegged, I average 70%-85% on PROC-0 and 20%-35% on PROC-1. Gameplay is much smoother, and my processor is much happier

I'm sure some of you are already familiar with this, but I felt it would be helpful to anyone who wasnt.
